Leveraging your current technology investment toward new purchases

Through its recognized 3rd party asset management company, AnythingIT (AIT), Itronix is pleased to offer our new and existing customers an aggressive trade-in/exchange program for your mobile computers. The Itronix Exchange/Sale Program delivers End-of-Life asset management, in exchange for new state-of-the-art GoBook® Rugged notebooks, handhelds and tablet pc solutions. In partnership with AIT, we will help you turn retired IT assets into credit toward new purchases of Itronix rugged computing solutions today.

How Does The Exchange/Sale Program Work?

It’s simple and convenient, and with Itronix and AIT, you will get maximum leverage buying power on your exchange purchase of new state-of-the-art technology mobile systems. For full details, please see links to your left, but essentially, here's how the exchange program works:

Step #1. You may already know which Itronix platform you want to evaluate/purchase for upgrading your technology and deployment. If so, please work with your Itronix Account Manager or Business Partner who will put you in touch with our dedicated account person at AIT for a custom quote on your retiring assets. Complete the quote request form on our site and indicate which Itronix product or products you are considering for the exchange/sale. (There will be an online valuator available very soon, but for now, please submit your equipment list on the spreadsheet provided)

Step #2. AIT will make all arrangements including scheduling pick up, and will provide packaging and shipping instructions. Packaging materials and shipping are billed at cost.

Step #3. AIT audits inventory, checks it against the original quote, reconciling any discrepancies, and issues a confirming quote within 5-10 days of receipt of goods.

Step #4. For Federal customers the Public Sector: AIT issues credit using the Property Management Regulations (FMR) 102-39 as a guideline within 30 days of audit and receipt of proof of purchase (purchase order or invoice copy).
For other Public Sector and Commercial Customers: AIT issues your rebate check within 30 business days of your faxed proof of purchase of Itronix exchange product (invoice copy or receipt of payment copy).
