Itronix offers the Diamond service program to further enhance the Emerald service program for clients who require critical care with their system support structure. The Diamond program is intended to minimize downtime and provide prompt feedback on the status of field equipment. These services include a dedicated account manager who operates as your single point of contact, over-night "hot swap" to replace units being returned for service, monthly reporting and quarterly reviews. Itronix Diamond Service program includes all the great features of our Emerald program plus these additional values:

• Overnight Hot Swap of units being returned for service Itronix manages a pool of client-owned spares in the asset management center. When the TAC issues a Return Authorization for a unit to be repaired, a unit is pulled from the spares pool to replace the unit being returned. The user receives the spare unit the next business day. Once the returned unit is repaired it is placed in the spares pool.

• Itronix assigns a Client Service Account Manager (CSAM) to operate as a single point of contact for the client. The CSAM resolves issues associated with Itronix equipment and software, ensures resolution to problems, manages the spares pool, provides performance reports on returned equipment and conducts quarterly reviews with the client's project team.

• The CSAM provides monthly reports on equipment returns. This includes failure rate analysis of equipment returned to the service center both year-to-date and for the previous month. Reports are provided in summary for your entire workforce and can be easily customized based on your requirements.

• The CSAM meets with the clients management team to conduct quarterly reviews, proactively address training issues and equipment performance.
