Company signs contract with Pinecroft LLC on 11 acre lot to build 100,000 sq ft facility for completion by December 2005

SPOKANE, WA—December 14, 2004—Itronix Corporation, a world-class developer of wireless, rugged mobile computing solutions, with operations in Spokane and Liberty Lake, announced today that it will build a new facility at Mirabeau Point. Itronix recently reached agreement with Pinecroft, LLC on an 11 acre property in the Pinecroft Business Park to develop a 100,000 sq ft new office and manufacturing facility. The move-in date is set for December 2005.

Itronix is currently in the planning and design stages for the new building. Wolfe Architectural Group is designing the building, and DIVCON Inc. will provide construction for the facility. Itronix currently occupies 88,000 sq ft in two separate facilities – the main headquarters building at S. 801 Stevens, and a second location in Liberty Lake housing its operations and customer service organizations. The agreement with Pinecroft also provides an option for additional 5 acres to allow for future expansion to meet its anticipated growth.

Tom Turner, Itronix President and CEO, is excited at the prospect of combining his local workforce of 450+ employees into a single facility, stating “Integrating all of our Spokane area functions into a single site will improve communications and efficiencies across our organization.
